What, Why, How? seated Postures & twists
A 2-Hour Yoga Workshop

In this two-hour workshop, we will take time to work through the seated postures and twists in the sequences that I teach in class.

Each posture will be broken down step by step so students can clearly understand:

  • What they are doing

  • Why they are doing it

  • How to do it safely and effectively

There will be time to slow down, ask questions, and explore alignment, breath, bandha and drishti, for each asana.

This workshop is designed to help students build confidence, clarity, and a deeper understanding of these standing postures.

As always, modifications will be given, as well as hands on adjustments.

Suitable for students who want to refine their practice and better understand the poses they practise.
