Private tuition is suitable for complete beginners and experienced practitioners.

Whether you're new to yoga, returning after a break, recovering from an injury or looking to develop your practice, sessions are taught at a pace that suits you.

Sessions may include dynamic yoga, restorative yoga, breathing practices (pranayama) and meditation, depending on what you need.

Private tuition is available in your home, at your workplace or online.

Rates

60 minutes — £100 (1–2 people)

90 minutes — £150 (1–2 people)

Additional person — +£25

Maximum 4 people.
