My teaching is grounded in the balance between steady practice, awareness, and letting go. Yoga works best when we return to it regularly, even if the practice is short and simple. Over time, this consistency helps develop awareness of the body, the breath and the mind, supporting both strength and ease.
At the same time, yoga invites us to release expectations. Not every practice will feel the same, and there is no perfect outcome to reach. By practising with attention, patience and a lighter grip on results, the benefits of yoga can unfold naturally.
The aim is not to push or strive, but to build awareness and develop a sustainable practice that supports wellbeing in everyday life.
